Nipper Registration / Membership Renewal
Any nipper wishing to apply for membership to Queenscliff SLSC needs to complete the SLSA Membership Application and Declaration forms. As nippers are U18 years of age, it is a requirement that a parent or guardian who is responsible for them whilst they are partaking in nippers, also join the club at the same time.
Any parent or guardian joining the club for the first time needs to complete a Member Protection Declaration form (print and sign form here).
There forms along with payment can be brought to the club office on Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 9:30 am and 2:30 pm or from 9th October 2016 on Sundays 9:00 am to 11:00.
If you are a returning nipper you can renew your membership on the SLSA Members Portal and pay your fees on the SLSA Payment Gateway. Please click here for more details and instructions.

REGISTRATION DAYS - 2016
We will be hosting two registration days at the club for new and renewing members. This is another opportunity to complete your membership if you haven't had a chance to see Carla in the office on a weekday or to use the SLSA online portal as described above.
Registration days will be held on Sunday 11th September and Sunday 18th September from 9:30am until 12:30pm both days.
