Dear all competitors,
Thank you all for the kind support given to me over the past season. It has been wonderful to get to know everybody and I am really excited to continue on with you all this coming season. We are starting up training next week and will keep it to a simple 2 sessions per week until the end of June. This will then become 3 for the duration of July, August and September followed by 4 sessions over summer plus ocean swim training over all school holidays. Sunday learn to ski paddle will be advised as it will take place over winter.
Gym Training will be Tuesday 6 PM starting 7 May 2013.
All members and parents are invited to attend. Sessions will involve running ( bike/ rowers) for those who can't run)' skipping, boxing and boys weights (push ups, sit ups, burpies ect.
Board Training on Saturdays 3 PM starting 11 May 2013
We will also be board training every Saturday afternoon at 3pm from Queensie SLSC for the duration of the winter months starting next week on the 11th of May. If everybody could please ensure that all competitors receive this email it would be much appreciated.
I am really keen to get as many juniors at the same sessions as possible. You guys and girls are an amazing team and together we can have the strongest junior team in Sydney. It is really up to you all to make this squad work. Call me if you need anything at all on 0403 933 231.

Please note all competitors using Club equipment (either full or 50/50 detail) need to turn up to 75% of training sessions and carnivals.
