  • SRC Training group one – Monday 5.30pm-7.30pm
  • SRC Training group two – Thursday 5pm-7pm
  • SRC to Bronze Training Group Wednesday 6.30pm-8.30pm
  • Sunday Nippers (all ages) 8.45am-10.30am
  • Sunday 9am-11am SRC Courses continue for wet skills
  • Club Swim Sunday 11am – All members welcome
  • Sunday 11am Skills Maintenace Run  /Swim / Run (jointly with Club Swim)
  • Sunday Summer Sessions – Bar is open from 3pm – All Welcome
