Nipper Carnival Entry Form – All Carnivals 23/24 Season.
Please complete this form at your earliest convenience this will help coaches and age managers with planning for each carnival and team selections.
Please note the entry close dates listed below per carnival.
These are Queensie’s Entry Close dates which are earlier than Branch Close Dates so we can organise teams, officials etc.
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
All entries must come via this form. Do not email Competition Managers directly.
Parents will be required to reimburse the Club for entry fees in the case of non-attendance or withdrawal from a Carnival. Please consider your team mates & relay teams which are decided prior to carnivals.
Please note Branch is split into 2 separate carnival days. You must complete 2 separate entry forms for each carnival.

We also require parents to help out with either Water Safety or Official duties - please note your available dates for 3 carnivals in the box provided below.
